"There are family and friends, secrets, lies, shoot 'em ups, evil, anger, fear, tears, laughter and happiness, along with loving and love. The descriptions of the inn are vivid and made me feel that I was there...I look forward to reading more BookShots if this is the caliber of writing."—RomanceJunkies.com

Story was sometimes cute but the characters feelings were all over the place. The editing was poor. How can Jeremy pull off his shirt after he already threw it on the floor. How do the bad guys not hear nearby gunshots. Alerts don't use suppressors. Too many errors to count.

Great concept - but not enough time to really play it out. Chelsea is in trouble, but we don't know why at first, and it takes most of the book to put it all together. I didn't like that at all. I wanted to know why she was on the run and what happened, so I could understand her actions and feel right along with her. Part of her fear was confusing since I didn't know where exactly it was coming from. Jeremy also has a big something going on that was a surprise. I understand not hearing about his earlier in the story, but a hint or two would have been nice. There was just too much thrown at me without enough backstory information for me to really believe or feel it. *This book was received in exchange for an honest review*

love the BOOKSHOTS - finally some Patterson books we can afford. Would be even nicer at 2.99. His 12 and $14 books are to pricey..........

Not fot the intellectual crew, but really for the lovers of drama and soaps. Fun and quick read. A bit on the teenage angst wave length.......
