The reader is discouraged from reading the work from cover to cover (or simply scrolling down from one saying to the next) but rather to reflect upon, dwell on, ponder, contemplate or meditate on each of the sayings so that they can internalize the learnings ...

Meet the Author

Tovah, an author and inspirational speaker, whose name means goodness, was born on the 13th day of Spring - the number 13 being symbolic of transformation and Spring being the season of Rebirth. His grandparents, who raised him, lived in house number 13. His mother remarried on the 13th day of the month. He turned 13 years of age on Black Friday. His first love lived in house number 13. His only relationship partner’s birthday was the 13th of the month. After his ‘Dark Night of The Soul’ experience in 1995, on Christmas Day, he asked "Show me in a way that I can impart this to others?" He then had life experiences he hadn’t had before, and by using the technique of ‘Ask and receive’, received answers in a series of 'a-ha' moments, (aka 'light-bulb' moments). In 1996, the mathematical statement 1 = ∞, expressing The Theory of Everything (TOE) was revealed to him. In 1997, he met his essence twin (aka twin flame) that although physically they are not together, spiritually, they cannot be torn asunder. It was whilst on The Mountain*, that he quite literally, allowed the mystery of Life - who we truly are, why we are here and what we are meant to be doing, be revealed to him - and now to us.

In his home country, his birthday falls on Friday the 13th, in 2013.

*The Mountain is both a level of consciousness AND a geographic location. (Hint: all the really B-I-G stuff happens in either The Wilderness, The Forest or The Mountain.)
