    Very informative!

This is a very informative book. I would warn that it is the same book as "Is it hot in here, or is it me?" Judging from the copyright, this edition is updated, though I have not found a difference yet. I ordered both after being thrown into menopause overnight by surgery. I was very surprised that they were the same book when I got them. You can't go wrong with either, but you don't need both.
