If you have a subscription to the print the digital was free. Guess not.

It's the herald. you get the newest issue every day. You are immediately on the front page when you open it and get previews of the top stories. Highlight them and you can open them to see the full article. Go to the nook's menu and you can go to any section, sports, miami local, broward local, tropical life, etc.. Contrary to what many have said, the content seems to be on par with the printed version of the paper. I just can't justify getting the digital subscription as opposed to getting the sun sentinel app on your smartphone which is free, or getting the herald delivered to your house every day. Just try it, because they give you 2 weeks for free.

the content is mainly text and does not resemble the paper in format. I found it to bechunky to navigate. For example, an article in the paper will have a brief bolded statement or two that gives an overview of each article. The e version has no such synopsis..

Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged. While the digital edition stays true to the print articles, the navigation is difficult and the "newspaper" feel is lost. The format should give the reader a sense that he/she is looking at the newspaper. Instead, it begins to feel like a novel and the articles are chapters of the book.
