    THE BEST FASTING BOOK EVER !!!

    This is one of those books you buy and keep forever. When you are feeling 'not quite right' you remember you have it and read it again (and then wonder why you weren't following his principles ALL YOUR LIFE!!) We live in a time where we are not eating correctly but when we do eat there are factors in and on our food that can cause toxins in our body. Paul Bragg tells stories of how he had clensed himself that keep you THINKING YEARS later. Even if you feel you will NEVER fast in your life, anyone should read this book for Paul Bragg has really passed on his astute health practices, from being a person involved in the 'teaching' of Jack LeLane (the jumping jack guru--and we all know HE is doing well) to his children who seem to be carrying on the 'family BRAGG name' proudly. One point I remember is that we should carefully FAST and do it with watered down juices because the toxins can rush out of us too quickly. I promise you, this is an EYE OPENING GOOD READ!!! Try his other books too, (or written in the family BRAGG name) the APPLE CIDER VINEGAR magic is true! Throw away the anti-acids and sip some vinegar next time you have a stomach ache, it has worked every time with me and my family and incredibly fast.
