The Mirage on the Brink of Oblivion
Enter the remarkable realm of the Mirage, NOW $0.99 — ONLY UNTIL DEC 31, 2025.

What if you could hold a memory in the palm of your hand?

What if you could trade memories like souvenirs — or create structures that defy imagination?

In the Mirage, you can.

Centuries after the cataclysmic Vakragha attack, Mirage City floats above a forgotten world. Most have lost touch with the physical world altogether, except Jyana.

Obsessed with the sea beneath the city, she discovers something is destroying the coral reef. No one believes her — not even Torin, the one she loves, who is consumed with keeping the city afloat. Mirage's towering structures rely on a constant supply of ambrosia, and shortages are reaching a breaking point.

Then, a refugee from before the attack returns.

Asha has come on a secret mission that could destabilize the entire planet — and bring the Mirage crashing down.

Although part of the Aravinda series, The Mirage on the Brink of Oblivion stands on its own as a complete, immersive journey. Whether you are returning to Mirage City or stepping into it for the first time, you'll find a mind-bending science fiction tale about love, memory, and the cost of innovation.

Inspired by real-world binaural science, this story is ideal for readers of Neal Stephenson and Becky Chambers.

About the Author

As a citizen of Earth, Andrew is primarily interested in growth, in all ways. To this end, he writes Mythic Sci-Fi with a heart.

His debut novel, “The Truth Beyond the Sky,” is the first book in the Epic of Aravinda, an award-nominated science fiction series that draws inspiration from around the globe, including eastern mythology, sacred geometry, and the Ra Material. Since its release, the novel has garnered a multitude of glowing reviews, received write-ups on pro-reviewer websites, been professionally produced as a Audible.com audiobook, and featured on Utah Public Radio for predicting gravity waves years before they were officially detected.

And thanks to reader support, the series continues with “The Island on the Edge of Forever,” inspired by Andrew's adventures on the strange trails of Hawai?i, followed by the out-of-body adventure “The Mirage on the Brink of Oblivion,” available now.
