All Music Guide - Jared Johnson
The Mission Bell is one of the most affirmative works of arena rock ever to punctuate the CCM landscape. The unabashed declarations of belief on fist-pumping anthems like "Here I Am Send Me" and "Paint the Town Red" are set to pulsing rhythms. Comparisons to U2 are inevitable, not just for Martin Smith's Bono-esque vocals but for the band's sonic leanings. "All This Time" sounds like an outtake from The Unforgettable Fire, while "Take Off My Shoes" fits comfortably alongside any track from How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb. Stu Garrard's ethereal guitar work blends harmoniously with keyboard overtones one minute, then rocks full-throttle the next. The quintet's star power ...

    Best Yet!

As a long time D:fan, I have listened to many Delirious? albums, however, I consider the Mission Bell to be one of their best albums yet! It definately has one of the most diverse music selections so far. From the classical string opening to "Stronger", to the TobyMac hip-hop sequence in "Solid Rock", to the gospel choir in "Love is a Miracle", and the pure rock "Paint the Town Red" and awsome worship in "Now is the Time" and "Miracle Maker", it has music for everyone. It's truely a God-inspired albumed, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is truely felt as you listen to the captivating lyrics. Awesome CD... greatly recommended!

    Delirious does it again

Delirious has always been one of my favorite bands around. With the release of The mission bell they prove once again why they are such a great band. With the songs stronger, our God Reings and Miracle Maker Delirious brings forth more hits that can be as big as fire and Deeper. I think this CD has a little something for everyone and is Delirious?'s best to date

    Delirous does it again

Delirous has once again put out another great album. Although "The Mission Bell" is a little different from their past albums, it still has the Delirious feel to it, which includes great guitar riffs and awesome lyrics. I really enjoyed this cd, and I recommend it to all who listen to Christian music, or even those who don't.

Mission Bell-On a mission to change the face of music

Wow. I was surprised at how good this CD actually is. Prior to the release of this CD, I wasn't the biggest fan of Delirious?, but I thought they were worth paying attention to. Well, as it turns out, at the release of this album, they wowed me. The CD was so good that I had to take a step back and rethink my list of favorite artists.. Needless to say, they are now amongst my favorites.

Easily one of the best albums I've purchased...

This album has to be their best yet and it's a very solid effort. Delirious? music comes from the heart, and touches the soul with many emotions from the amazing worship song "Miracle maker" to the more up beat "Now is the time" and their awesome new single "Paint the town red". lyrically it's so beautifully expressive throughout each song. It's one of the best CDs in my collection and easily the best CD I've purchased in some time. Highly recommended! "Mission Bell" is a winner. If you've never given Delirious a chance before, this is the perfect introductory CD to them, For the fans of Coldplay, U2, Switchfoot!

    Fantastic CD by delirious?

The Mission Bell is a great CD with wonderful lyrics. It has some great worship songs like "Miracle Maker" and "Our God Reigns", and some rock 'n' roll like "Paint The Town Red". Definitely worth buying. On a side note, the Mission Bell credits on this site are really bad. Stu G needs credit for his brilliant guitar playing and singing (he is the main guitars on the CD, does some vocals, and is a group member) and Martin's middle name is not Cruz, that is a different guy. But yes, very good CD, buy it.
