Great Fundamentals to Traditional Jewish Cooking

Have used the book years ago and wore to out, almost gave up in finding it again until remembered the internet. Use this book very frequently

I have had this book since it was published and the condition of the pages prove how many times it has been referred to. EVERYTHING I ever made from it was a huge success and I have passed a copy on to my daughter, son and grandaughter.

    An excellent cookbook

This is Jewish food the way my grandmother used to make it. Just looking at the recipes makes me hungry. Every time I've made something from this book I've received compliments, from friends and family alike. This is the best collection of its kind.

    A pure delight!

This book is wonderful!! It has everything you're looking for, the recipes are well-presented, and I love Gertrude Berg's personal commentary between recipes. Everything I've made from this book comes out the way my grandmother made it. I recommend this book highly!
