The Mommy MD Guide to Losing Weight and Feeling Great is about much more than weight loss. I especially enjoyed the second part: Feeling Great, which talks about boosting mood, energy, and self-esteem. Sometimes I forget about our own wellness and run myself down. This is a good reminder that when I have energy and feel good about myself, my whole family benefits. I recommend this book to new moms, and older moms, looking to feel their best!
