The Mommy MD Guide to the Toddler Years is a must-read for every parent.
Written clearly, the book covers essential information gleaned from doctors who are moms. Provided are more than 900 tips that illuminate topics such as growth and development, food and nutrition, health and safety, and more.

The authors cover the usual topics plus the not-so-usual topics, which are very important as well, including watching for signs of allergies, helping picky eaters, choosing a dentist, and many more that are incredibly helpful.

What I find very useful is the special boxed sections titled “When To Call a Doctor”—these are invaluable. All the tips from the Mommy MDs are terrific—written by the doctors themselves, which adds not only the value of the tips but also different voices and a lively quality.

I highly recommend this book to parents who want answers from the most reliable medical sources—physicians with parenting experience.
