The Money Maze: Christian's guide series
Money impacts every single one of us. Some see it as simply a means to an end, others view creating wealth as the aim of their life. It is even seen as inherently evil by some. Despite where you personally stand, have you ever stopped to deeply explore what the Bible, our true guide in every aspect of life, has to say about this divisive topic? Money has a strange effect on people. For some people accumulating money and creating wealth is a habit and the aim of their life is to ensure that they are never without it. Others view money as a means to an end - necessary but in itself with no value - its only purpose to help them get through life with as little hassle as possible. There are people who consider money to be evil in itself, as it brings out the raw sinful responses of greed, avarice, covetousness, jealousy etc. At the opposite end of the spectrum there are those who see money as a posi-tive thing, to be desired and a visible evidence of success, skill, creativity, and intelligence. This book will explore the truth about what money is and look at it from a biblical perspective; in other words - What does the Bible say about money?

About the Author

Stephen became a christian as a boy of five having been born into a family where his parents loved and served the Lord Jesus. He was born in Hastings, England and, at the age of two, moved to the city of Liverpool where his father was from. This commenced a lifetime of moving from place to place. When Stephen was five the Baker family moved to Scotland. At the age of sixteen he left school to work for one of the Scotland’s oldest financial institutions. He worked for them for twenty-seven years in various roles having qualified as a Chartered Banker. Stephen eventually left the world of banking to focus on preaching and teaching the Bible. This book links his interest in financial matters with what the Bible teaches about money.
