About the Author

Jeff Hastings is a CEO, Author, and coach to entrepreneurs, CEOs, Chairs, and Managing Directors to become the best version of themselves. He is also an international keynote speaker, helping audiences do the same.Originally a district manager at Farmers Insurance and former Certified EMyth Business Coach, Jeff Hastings' expertise has been forged and proven in the insurance industry, and his research has led to the development of several personality profiles designed to improve the selection and performance of remote teams. Jeff is a Harvard graduate earning a master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is an adjunct lecturer. In addition, he is the author of five books, with "The Most Successful Failure in the World: Building a Business that Gives Life Meaning," referred to as the EMyth for the 21st century. Jeff resides in a suburb of Houston, Texas, and is the CEO of Ivy Consulting Group.
