Essential Reading for the MS affected and their partners.

Through this book I was able to recognize, verbalize, and effectively cope with MS instead of hiding behind the diagnosis or letting denial get the better of me. It is difficult to put things into words that someone else can understand, especially when you are already overwhelmed with your disgnosis. Also, this book was able to paint a picture of MS that my husband could comprehend instead of my poor attempts that have failed time and time again. In my opinion this book is a must have for your MS library.
