Meet the Author

Martha T. Ottersley has written tons of cartoons and children's books, but has ALWAYS wanted to write stories about her favorite green frog and funny bear. Now that she has, she feels like she knows what's on the other side of rainbows and why there are so many songs about them. Hooray!
