About the Author

Myira Khan is a multi-award-winning Accredited Counsellor, Supervisor, Coach, Counselling Tutor and the Founder of the Muslim Counsellor and Psychotherapist Network (MCAPN). She runs workshops internationally, on working within diversity and broader cross-cultural issues, and is a regular speaker and facilitator at conferences and events, including a Ted Talk on her therapeutic coaching approach to self-care. She is the author of Working within Diversity and lives in Leicester.
