I was pleased to FINALLY read a book that treats the hard topic of cold-calling in a very different, and a very professional way. The Must-React System is a great read: provocative, innovative, and filled with human interest stories. It puts a new spin on cold-calling and other selling techniques. I give it a big thumbs-up!

Provocative. Insightful. Instructional. These are the words that enter my mind after reading The Must-React System by Kraig Kleeman. His approach to cold-calling presentations is out of the box, for sure. In fact, it's brilliant! I highly recommend sharing this book with your executive team, and consider retaining the Blaire Group to help your organization fully adopt the methodology. I absolutely recommend this book, as well as this methodology for cold-calling based lead generation.

Written by the Yoda of Cold-Calling. That's all I can say about The Must-React System. Kleeman has developed techniques and processes that are amazing! After reading the book, I decided to contact his consulting organization to see if they can help out my sales team. I recommend this book without reservation!

The Must React System is the best sales tool I have seen in a very long time. In 20 years of sales, sales management and sales training, this concept is the most useful sales tool I have seen. It has already profoundly impacted my business in terms of getting initial appointments with prospects. It has also re-energized my desire to engage in cold calling. Prior to this methodology, I was so frustrated with cold calling that I didn't bother to even do it anymore. With this system, however, I am getting about one appointment out of every 10 dials. I am also getting almost 50% returned voice mails. This is incredible. And often times it seems that if someone calls me back they have invested enough of themselves that it is not unusual for me to get the initial appointment. In fact, I am convertin about a third of these call backs into initial appointments. I highly recommend Must React for anyone who is cold calling or managing those who are responsible for cold calling.
