People tend to avoid the more difficult tasks in life. A man may put off fixing that old rickety fence for months. A women may procrastinate cleaning the dishes until they're falling off the counter. Now we can finally thank Howard King for taking on the daunting task of bringing such a controversial and neglected area of God's sacred Word to the forefront of our attention. In a very succinct yet thorough manner, the author articulates, rather persuasively, that men and women not only need to distingish themselves from one another in the various biblical ways, but to embrace these differences in their God given roles. From the mandates provided by God in creation order, to the various styles of clothing that are appropriate for men and women to better fulfill their sex roles, this book is rich in both historical and biblical evidence that demands consideration from its reader. It is stimulating and intellectual, yet not over-scholarly. I recommend the reading of it to anyone serious about living out the Faith once delivered to the saints, and that desires to please God in every aspect of their life. Get your copy today!
