About the Author

Bobbie Jackson is currently serving as a Lead Technologist for an Information Technology and Consulting Company. With twenty years of military service as an Army officer, Jackson has been a very decorated individual throughout her life. From completing her education with a Bachelor of Science degree (Magna cum laude) and studies for a Master's degree from three different universities to being the top graduate from every military school attended, over a 20-year period. She has won several accolades in her lifetime, including Teacher of the Year (Triangle Bible College), and VIP Woman of the Year (National Association of Professional Women) among others. She has certifications in both AGILE Methodology and Lean Six Sigma. She was nominated for the prestigious Woman of Color award for Government & Defense Technology in early 2000. Throughout her career, both military and industry, she has been known as the “Firestarter!”
