    Jerusalem Bible

I enjoy my bible very much, my daughter and siter have one too. I like to see all the books of the bible, before the Kings James was written. I believe these should have been included, The clearity and the text is very easy to understand the meaning of Gods word
I also have the Geneva Bible which makes it easy to cross referance.

    easier, lighter, the perfect Bible

I loved the original Jerusalem, and had worn it out, but wanted that translation in a lighter (weight) version, that I could take with me. And I found it in the new Standard Edition. I also like that it has the Apocrophal books, as they are sometimes part of the daily readings in the yearly cycle of readings.
