This is a very creative cookbook for healthy eating. I recently had a friend stricken with brain cancer and his doctors told him he needed to eat extremely healthy during his treatment. I bought it as a gift for my friend. While I was browsing it before wrapping it I decided it was really awesome! So the next day I went back to the store and bought myself one. I myself am on a very strict diet which is gluten free, dairy free, no soy, and no processed food. I found this cookbook to be very interesting because although it doesn't strictly follow my guidelines it gave me great ideas on receipes that I could incorporate into my diet by eliminating an ingredient or two in the receipe. It was at a great price and the dishes are beautifully photographed. It makes you want to try the receipe because it looks so yummy! Give it a try or at least take a look at the book! I think you will be surprised if you are interested in healthy/organic food. Some of the receipes call for hard to find ingredients. The receipes range from easy to difficult cooking skills but it has great instructions.
