Very good book that helps you understand your personal personality traits. Provides and understanding for the way you act and function in both your personal life and work life. Unlike the Meyers Briggs inventory this book helps identify your various personality strengths.
Very detailed and interesting for the layman readers as well as professionals and students.
I like this book, I started getting curious about my personality, people are always telling me that I am too serious. There are 14 different personalities and it talks about each one of them, you take a test at the beginning of the book and you score yourself on a chart. They recommended you read the personality chapters in the order of your strongest personality traits. I wish it went more into depth on careers.
This book will teach you things you did not know about yourself. It makes you more aware of today's diverse workplace and the different personalities within it. It helped a great deal with my graduate level course. I would recommend this book to anyone as a great learning tool.
