This book covers a lot of great information about raw food and why it's a good idea to consider it and why it's better with unprocessed/uncooked food. After reading it, I couldn't believe why I didn't start sooner. The book is very informative and focus in on the importance of a healthy diet. What I love most about the book is that it has lots of great recipes that make it easier for you to maintain a raw food diet. I tried the Avocado-Pear Mousse and Fresh Strawberry & Macadamia Nut Crème Parfait and they're both super tasty. I can't wait to try more recipes from the book. I'm sure they'll taste amazing. I highly recommend this book for those looking to incorporate raw foods into their daily diet.
