    Worthless sample.

    With ebook samples, especially for books such as this one, I personally would like to see how the ebook is laid out in the text of the book, not just the title page and acknowledgements.

    For the middle-age beginner crowd, this is a good read if you're looking to get in shape.  It's full of up-to-date information that is easy to understand, and for the complete newbie (just starting out in fitness), the book gives you the exercises  and their descriptions, and fills in the blanks for you of how to design the program (in fact, you don't even have to design it - it's already done for you). And, for those who are not complete newbies, it's a good book to reference if you're looking for a new workout for the next 6 - 12 weeks. I definitely recommend this book.
