I got this book a few weeks prior to my fourth anniversary with my boyfriend. Picked it up, read the listed chapters and flipped all the way to the back: Chapter 9: Keeping the Flame Burning. I instantly felt like Dr. Jess might be reading my mind! The first thing she talks about is boosting your own self esteem and positive affirmations about your body. The truth for me is, over the past few years I have gotten really 'comfortable' in my relationship and 'uncomfortable' with how my body looks and feels during private moments. Dr. Jess says “it takes work to maintain a hot sex life” - I like the idea that you have to work on yourself first. This makes Chapter's 1-8 easy, as you'll find they have the same honesty about sex. It has everything from real questions with answers, beautiful photos, tips, scientific facts and
beyond – think: some very interesting topics explored that you never could of imagined! Like reaching 'new heights' without even touching each other??? OK!!!

Anyone could benefit from this read because it covers absolutely everything! I have it on hand as inspiration in the bedoroom and it may have helped to fuel it out of the bedroom also. My boyfriend and I have taken up personal training sessions together – he`s supportive of me having a deeper connection with my own body because he too is benefiting (with a special thanks to Chapter 4...)
