    Not just a concordance

    The previous reviewer is completely right. feature that sets this Strong¿s concordance apart from other concordances is Strong¿s numbering system. James Strong numbered every original Hebrew and Greek word then in his concordance, he included these numbers besides the KJV English word that translated the original word. These numbers can then be used by the non-Hebrew and non-Greek reader to access Hebrew and Greek study aids coded to these numbers. This book is not described as a concordance and a dictionary but that's what it is. This book is a great addition to your Bible referance library.

    Coding provides access to original languages

    <p>The feature that sets Strong¿s concordance apart from other concordances is Strong¿s numbering system. A.H. Strong numbered every original Hebrew and Greek word. Then in his concordance, he included these numbers besides the KJV English word that translated the original word. These numbers can then be used by the non-Hebrew and non-Greek reader to access Hebrew and Greek study aids coded to these numbers.</p> <p> I used this numbering system extensively before I learned Hebrew and Greek. This practice showed me how invaluable having access to the original languages was to Bible study and gave me the incentive to learn Hebrew and Greek for even greater access.</p>

    Best Cross Reference For English, Greek and Hebrew

    The New Strong¿s Exhaustive Concordance is a must have for the serious Bible student or teacher. It¿s keyed to the King James both Old and New Testaments and works in conjunction with the Smith¿s Bible Dictionary and the Green¿s Interlinear as well as many Computerized versions of the King James. Taking a verse back to the original prophetic utterance of our Heavenly Father is the only way to truly understand His Word and His Wisdom. The Strong¿s allows you to do just that. For example, did you know that the word ¿again¿ in John 3:3 means ¿from above¿? The Greek word that it is translated from in the King James is, ¿anothen¿. This is a great work by James Strong. Add this to your library today and start understanding God¿s Word!
