I never received this item so I can't appropriately rate it. But B&N keeps emailing me to provide feedback, so the only thing I can say is that the shipping process was lacking obviously:). I was supposed to receive free expedited shipping and after 5 days, I had to track down the item to a UPS warehouse that only said "it is damaged and being reviewed" and then had to email B&N for a refund.
