Out of tens of thousands of weight-loss books available, I found this one to be the most sensible and to-the-point. It clearly states all the facts one needs to know before embarking on plans to lose weight while staying healthy. In addition to telling you what foods and habits to avoid, it also makes some specific suggestions on what to eat, how to adjust your behavior and what to look for in supplements too.
