Exceptional! Fabulous! Most Helpful! A must if you ever drive anywhere other than your own area. We have been using this book for over 10 years and it's an essential part of our travel gear. By itself or in addition to a GPS system, it takes frustration out of travel. Even while using a GPS, one can peruse this and look ahead, plan where to stop for gas, food, lodging, potty, tourist spots, etc. While the gps gives specific "turn in 2 miles" type info, this is useful when planning your travels, before you ever get in your car as well as letting you know in advance all the options available. We love this book!

My wife and I used the 2010 Next Exit book when we went out west from Florida. What a nice and easy book it was to use. The format was great. I bought a 2013 next exit book and was surprised how everything had changed. It's harder to follow, cheaply made. This new format is terrible. I don't know when you actually changed it, but I sure would like to see it changed back, even if it meant paying more. Also, it would be nice to have the available RV islands listed, if the truck stops have them.

Had this book a few years back and got this years version because we will be going across the country.  The downside of this book is it is by state.  It use to be by interstate, which was easier to use.  Now you have to flip from state to state, then find the Interstate.  Also, the pages are like old telephone book pages., very thin and off white in color.  The book use to be spiral bound, which was great for in the car.  I don't think it is very user friendly.  I hope the contents prove to be accurate.
