Overview

Getting dumped sucks. Getting dumped weeks before Christmas sucks worse.

Determined to not let Paul, her jerk-ex, ruin a good Christmas, Mandy somehow keeps her head up and her chin high. At least until she learns about Paul bringing his new girl to the softball Christmas party. Mandy might be one tough catcher, but extra salt in the wound seems a bit much. Even for her.

Except when Mandy refuses to go she walks head first into the new baseball catcher. A catcher who actually knocks Mandy off her feet. Literally. But it will take more than a handsome smile for her to trust so soonand yet trusting in Christmas and magic just might heal her hurting heart.

Meet the Author

Christen Anne Kelley is the author of Home Run and Game Over: Book One of the Romance Video Game Series. Before turning to fiction, she also wrote a lot of nonfiction articles for publications such as Montana Outdoors, Women in the Outdoors, and Jakes Magazine. In 2009, Inside Kung Fu magazine awarded her with their Writer of the Year award.

In addition to her novels, Christen also writes short stories including her Little League series, which draws on her many memories of base-hits, at-bats, and yes, strike-outs. Christens played on more softball teams than she can count, including Southern Connecticut State University. Her softball days might be over, but she still wears her battle-scars from sliding into home plate and scars that cant be seen except as stories.
