    What ever parent needs to know

    If you truly want to nurture your children, read this book.
    If you want to have fun being a parent, read this book.
    If you want to enjoy every day and every meal with your children, read this book.
    If you want to lose some weight and help your children slim down, too, read this book. (The doctor's prescription is fun--go outdoors and play, visit farmer's markets for fresh, delicious produce, cook together, eat together, and nobody tells anybody what to do.)
    (P.S. Dr. Vos lives this way, too.)
    HIghly recommended reading for every parent and grandparent!
