    A gem of a book!

This book should be mandatory reading for every business major student as well as anyone contemplating real estate investments. Tom Lucier writes with such a no-holds barred style and attention to detail that even a newcomer to the real estate world will find it easy to follow. The content was so practical and without the hype. Frankly, it reads like a fast paced novel that you won't want to put down. This detail oriented, step by step book 'KICKS BUTT' when compared to most of the 'pie in the sky' and impractical 'get rich quick' books out there. In addition, Mr. Lucier is the only real estate author that I know of who is accessible and returns my e-mail questions.! If five stars are the maximum, this book get six!
