Meet the Author
Richárde, also known by her real name Krystle Nicole Russin, is not a registered dietitian or celebrity chef. Nor does she have astonishing eight pack abs. But she does maintain a US size zero without counting calories. In fact, she eats a lot, cooking at home and enjoying restaurants! In the kitchen, she daydreams she is Emeril Lagasse disguised as a Playboy centerfold but is actually a model, journalist and singer. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, she has modeled professionally since 2009 and as a journalist, written for print and online publications since age 13. Her music releases include The Dmitry Tursunov Experience EP and Sex Appeal, Love, Confessions Parts 1 & 2. She began her interest in food by enrolling in a high school cooking class during her 2003-2004 school year.
