    Excellent resource for Nook

I love that the daily readings are numbered, not dated. The excerpts from devotional classics are excellent and usually pertinent to the readings. They are certainly a great springboard for further reading. The format makes for handy daily Bible reading on my Nook. Each day is titled, followed by the scripture passage, a specific verse to meditate on, an excerpt from a devotional classic, and a prayer. The readings are in the traditionally printed order. I have docked a star because I found the typos in Genesis to be appallingly frequent, even for an e-book, but this does not seem to be true of the rest of the text.

Good for Christians in all stages of faith-life

This Bible is broken into 365 daily readings, each with a thoughtful quotation from other books on the topic, questions to ask yourself or your study group, and a prayer. You can start at any time of the year since the readings are called Day 1, Day 2... It provides structure for anyone who has decided to read the Bible from cover to cover--which I highly recommend.
