    It's a great book, nice pictures, graphics, structure, it's fill

    It's a great book, nice pictures, graphics, structure, it's filled with chronicles, stories, images...even if you don't take the suplements the story is great.

    Great read.

    Amazing history of the development of nutritional supplements over the past 75+ years. A must read for anyone who wants to be better informed about nutrition. We cannot put it down!
