For those who want to add oatmeal to their diet for cholesterol lowering purposes, this book has many delicious and easy recipes. I especially like the Oat-Apricot Snack Cake and the Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies. I feel that the cost of the book is well worth it unlike some of the other cookbooks I have bought.
This is a good book for people who want to eat better and enjoy a treat at the same time. There is a variety of dessert recipes from simple crisps to fancy creme brulee; pancakes, waffles and even a few interesting main dishes.
