    Very helpful!

As part of a college literature course we were assigned The Odyssey to read on our own time. Even though the translation we used was very understandable (by Robert Fagles), the SparkNotes were great to have to clarify the events in the story and give more insight into Greek mythology.

Most, if not all, of the material in the e-book is available for free on the SparkNotes website. I bought the PDF version so I could read it better on my iPad.

Did I enjoy it? Yes I did

I feeel that it was a great story and also a great movie too.If you were to read the book you would know what I am talking about. It explains how he left to go fight for his country and had his son follow in the footsteps as him.
