Meet the Author

Craig Zuckerman has been working in the physical rehabilitation and personal training world for over a decade. He originally studied Dance and Kinesiology and worked closely with the Midwest Sports Medicine Clinic's doctors and Physical Therapists to create a program for MSU's dance department.

Craig became the Director of a Pilates based rehabilitation center, Rapid Rehab International in Brentwood California. There he created a program specifically for spinal disorders while working with doctors from the Spine Institute in Santa Monica California and the Spine Center at Cedars-Sinai.

Using biomechanical analysis and kinesiology, Craig constructs specific programs that combine Pilates, Counter Muscle Balancing, cardio, weights, and stability. Craig gives master classes and lectures across the nation along with private sessions in his Santa Monica based studio. Not only has Craig helped people with M.S., Parkinson's, hip and knee replacements, and spinal injuries, he has also trained corporate executives, Olympic athletes, professional golfers, dancers, and celebrities such as Brittney Spears, Alyson Hannigan, and James Van Der Beek.
