    Odd story BUT----JMM44

Wonderfully written! Remember that people ( & other living beings) are not always what they appear to be! Keep an open mind & enjoy the book !!!

    Not bad

A rather short story. It reminded me a bit of Mr. Magorium's Emporium, only not near as good. This would be a good book for readers 11 to 15 years old. Citizens of a town wonder what a recluse does for a living. Two teens decide to discover whatever they can about the man and get to go on the adventure of their lives. Readers of both sexes would enjoy this fast paced book. It was a little young for me, so I had my 14 year old grand daughter read it also. She liked it, but said even at 14, it was a little predictable and mundane. Therefore four stars.
