    Good start for logically inclined

As my first taste of Sudoku this was an excellent title. The puzzles were reasonable and quick giving me the possible illusion of mastery. As a numbers kind of gal, I honed my speed - this book allowed me to rachet up the speed while ensuring accuracy. If you take glee in being able to rip through puzzles at warp speed (once you 'get' them), then this is a good start. Many of the puzzles can be completed in under 5 minutes if you're quick and clever. Pen only, please. Some puzzles are more difficult than others though they are in no particular order.
