Do you think a prep is a fancy-clothes- wearing, expensive-bag-carrying person. Then your wrong. Do you really want to know what a prep is. And how to be one? Then read this book. It is the total guide to preppiness.

The reality revealed here is that preppies exist in all regions of the United States. Even an old Georgia wool hat like me intuitively knew this. There are people who once drove station wagons with wood panels and wore pink and green shirts and shorts. Those were the days. This is an utterly delightful book.

I really adored this book. Quite a find for this Bostonian of noble ancestry. I think it is well written and has so many wonderful tips to be really 'high society'. I am just sorry that this book is probrably only available in used book stores and such. Hopefully one might be able to find one somewhere.
