I am not a vegetarian, much less a vegan. But I found one of her recipes for "black bean and butternut squash burritos" in the newspaper several years ago that is excellent and one of my "go-to" winter dishes. I was excited to see that she had a cookbook out, so I bought it and am not disappointed. I've had the book for only two weeks and have already made two dishes from the book and plan on making another for a vegan friend who will visit this week. The directions are clear and easy to follow. The only complaint I have is that Angela uses exclamation points too much!!!!! Enjoy the book, it will not disappoint.

Mouthwatering photographs of the recipes makes food preparation interesting again. Excellent information provided about what to have on hand in kitchen supplies to make the entire cooking experience easier. Simple, easy to follow instructions makes this cookbook a winner, not just for those interested in a vegan food plan but those who want to add different foods to their diet.

This book has encouraged me to take the step to cook. Everything I have prepared so far from this book, has been delicious and I will revisit the recipes I have prepared. Today, I am making the "on the mend spiced red lentil-kale soup". Hopefully, it is as delicious as the other recipes I have made. Makes the home smell yummy!

Positively the best cookbook I've ever owned and I'm not even vegan...or vegetarian. I'm just a mom who likes to cook wholesome food for my family. Angela is the real deal....and she truly does glow! All of the recipes are easy...and you must try the Glow Bars! I don't think I've ever written a review of a book before, but I had to do it for this one. Definitely worth the money!
