    wonderful!

I am really enjoying reading my Bible this way, I have several Bibles but this one is great for the Nook, every day I just open to what is there for the day, it's keeping me motivated to read the Bible every day.

It wasn't what I was expecting but I think I like it........!

I bought this Bible thinking that it was laid out in the traditional style - Genesis, Exodus, etc. - with a plan for you you to read it in a year day by day if you wanted to. I found out that it is actually divided up by months and days; with a reading from the Old and New Testaments, the Psalms, and the Proverbs every day. January 1 starts in the first chapter of Genesis, Matthew, Psalms, and Proverbs. As you get further into the year you get further into these sectiobs as if you were reading them in the traditional format. I am really only disappointed because it was not what I was expecting. Other than that I think it os really good. It will take me a little longer to find a specific verse, simply because it is not set up the way I'm used to.

My only problem in reading this version is the cross-references

My only problem in reading this version is the cross-references in raised italics. Would like to know how to use them. Otherwise I am very happy with the format and large print available with the Nook.

This is a good bible for someone new to bible reading and is pressed for time or overwhelemed at where to start. But this is not a good study bible as the entries are divided among 365 days and the old testament books are mixed into each reading. I think this would make a good gift for someone who never read the bible, as the translation is easy to read and the text is very inviting. But it is difficult to easi;ly refer to favorite verses and it is very rigid in that it forces a reasing schedule instead of free reading. Good concept it just inst for everyuone.

I do not recommend this Bible,

Some of the translations in this bible are not true. It states that the two thieves on the crosses next to Jesus also ridiculed him. That simply is not true. One did but the other believed. I have also found some other discrepencies. I AM DELETING IT FROM MY NOOK.

Laid out well - great translation - OT, NT, Psalms, Proverbs

This is very well laid out and is a great help in going through the Bible in a year. Only 15 minutes a day. Only a few notes on some important points. Have the paper version and the Nook version now. Awesome.
