How does one describe a book that is only 38 pages long but is so off the charts impossible and crazy and hilarious? Nancy's husband has left her for a younger woman and at the same time she must fly, which she hates. From there, things go rapidly downhill - with occasional peaks in the form of handsome men.
It's often hard to develop a character background in such stories as short as this and a lot of authors miss the mark because they can't get the detail needed. This story didn't seem to need a lot of historical data. The author told me what I needed to know about Nancy in the first chapter - cheating husband and fear of flying.
I highly recommend this book if you are waiting in line, need a short read before bed, or riding a bus - but not if you are flying or riding a train.
