    Great for the pool

I read this over a weekend and thought it was fun. It's fast paced and the characters are interesting. I love vampires, so I was really into Gideon and Ian.

    Best vacation read!

There are no vampires of the sparkly-Zen persuasion in this novel. Vlachos and Morris bring us back to our paranormal roots with the sexy and sadistic vampires we love. The characters are 3-dimensional and the ending was as unpredictable as it was thrilling. I welcome these newcomers to the paranormal genre and look forward to another collaboration.

    Highly recommended! Great Vampire story!

I just got this book yesterday and read it in ONE NIGHT! I could not put it down! It's the kind of book that draws you in and makes you want to keep reading to find out what happens. The characters are interesting and there's a little comic relief amongst the sex, blood and political intrigue. It reminds me a bit of early LKH, when she used to write actual stories and character development instead of PWP p0rn. If you like strong female characters, sexy, devilish male characters and a little horror mixed in, then you will love this book.\
Oh, and you won't believe how it ends!
