I was hoping for information on how to logically set up my kitchen. Instead I got information on my Feng Shui and energy flow in the kitchen. I did not find it helpful.

For me, a kitchen is a daily workplace. I was hoping that this book would somehow make it more efficient and pleasant. Not at all. One of their recommendations for things to to get rid of was the salad spinner. If you only buy bagged salad, that would be fine. For me, it's salad, cooking greens, herbs, etc. They recommended only of most everything. "Just wash it" if you need to use it twice during a prep. Yeah, right. Like I have time during prep. I doubt that the author does much cooking.

This book is well laid out, and organized for easy reading. I cook a lot and wanted to read this before I moved out. It had some great unique ideas to stay organized and clean. Also had some great lists for staple items and foods to keep in the kitchen. For free, you can't beat it. Give it a try.
