The Other Side of the Mirrorby Stevie Nicks
Stevie Nicks' fourth solo album received more than its share of negative reviews from rock critics, who seemed to mistake her poetic and not always terribly discernible lyrics for pretentiousness. Although not as strong as Nicks' three previous solo dates, The Other Side of the Mirror is a decent album that has many more pluses than minuses. While there are a few less-than-memorable moments, some of the songs -- including "Long Way to Go," "Ghosts," and "Whole Lotta Trouble" -- are fairly strong. Nicks' more devoted followers will want this album, which should be purchased only if one already has Bella Donna, The Wild Heart, and Rock a Little.

This is one of my favorite albums! Stevie is magically singing about the heartbreak of her past love. She feels as though everything she has experienced in her life was like the journey of Alice in Wonderland. All the ups and downs, joys, love, beauty and the downward spiral of loss, struggle, and sorrow. She sings with such emotional depth that it sweeps you away into her real world...
Most progressive, mystical, darkest and the best album from Stevie.
I love this album, It was the first Stevie Nicks album i ever paid attention to. and god, soon as i sang along with her, and sounded like her it was like i was her myself. and her emotional lyrics that really reach inside me and come out with every note played, its unreal!! I love her! and this album is Awesome.
I love The Other Side Of The Mirror. Stevie's songs are great from here. I love listening to Rooms on Fire, Long Way to Go, Two Kinds Of Love, Ooh My Love, Fire Burning, Cry Wolf, and Alice.
Beginning with her solo works, this as her 4th solo album, it was her best at the mystical magical element she is all about.
