For communicating in everyday life, this book is the most up to date complete instruction I can rely on. Structure, presentation, research with all needed aspects, for thorough communications and more is given with examples. Topics covered are: Business letters, Email, Job applications, Organizing a meeting, Presentations, Reports, Essays, papers, dissertations and the media. This important book correctly directs working use of these topics. I highly recommend this book. I own a copy.
