    The Paleo Breakfast Cook book is one of the best investments I have ever made. I love the fact that it starts out explaining just what a Paleo diet is and offers tips for enjoying this type of breakfast. The Paleo Breakfast Cookbook offers a bevy of recipes including ten great egg based breakfast ideas. I recommend this cookbook to everyone not just Paleo Diet followers.

    The Paleo Breakfast Cookbook by Rockridge Press was an interesti

    The Paleo Breakfast Cookbook by Rockridge Press was an interesting read for me, considering I'm not a
     huge breakfast person.  However, this easy to read book filled me with information on why the Paleo diet
     isn't just a diet, but rather a way to nutritionally satisfy your body by giving it gluten free, dairy free, healthy
     foods.  It turned me on to the idea of having breakfast in the morning because ideas other than your typical cereal and eggs
    filled the pages-things such as vegetables and chicken!  To know that I can make meals that will help my nutritional health
     as well as help me get in better shape inside and out, makes this book a countertop display.  A must read.

    Much of today’s health problems derive from processed foods that our bodies were never intended to break down. As a result, high rates in obesity, heart disease and diabetes have run rampant. A Paleo diet, which focuses solely on whole foods (meat, fruits, vegetables and nuts), abounds with benefits that not only make our bodies happy, but our wallets, too. With The Paleo Breakfast Cookbook, recipes are jam-packed with protein, vitamins and other natural ingredients to provide energy for the body, and most importantly, to fight those sugary cravings. As the most vital meal of the day, breakfast should not be neglected, nor should our health.

    I’ve been a vegetarian for years and I don’t eat any processed foods, grains, legumes, dairy and refined sugar. I miss not eating pancakes and muffins for breakfast. I really liked this cookbook because now I can eat breads, pancakes and muffins and not feel like I am missing out on anything. I was unaware of the different flours that you can use to make such good meals. This book is not just a great cookbook, but it gives you some education into the Paleo Diet. From foods that you can eat to things that you should stay away from, this book has it all. So if you are looking for something different for breakfast, check this book out. You will find it will satisfy all of your breakfast needs.

    I loved this book! The Paleo Breakfast Cookbook is the perfect introduction to living the Paleo lifestyle. Several unique recipes requiring basic staples with only a few Paleo-necessary ingredients, make this a standout amoung my cookbook collection. Your children will be begging for more when they sample the fun and easy-to-make Banana Pops. The No-Bake Fruit Bars instantly became a favorite of mine, perfect for those busy days when you had always thought there was no time for breakfast. I appreciate the fact that the author summed up the Paleo approach after the recipes. Once you make Paleo Crab Cakes for breakfast, you will be hooked!

    If you have ever considered a Paleo diet, this cookbook of breakfast recipes, The Paleo Breakfast Cookbook, is an easy to follow guide.   Published by Rockridge Press, the recipes cover everything breakfast-related, from smoothies to muffins to egg dishes and beyond.  Not only are they easy to read, but they also include healthy tips, information about the Paleo Diet, as well as a glossary of terms.  My favorite recipe is the Protein Power Paleo Shake, which, as the book states, “delivers plenty of protein and heart-healthy fats.” It is thick and yummy and you won’t believe how good it is for you!

    Breakfast has always been somewhat of a boring morning routine for me. Since starting on a gluten-free diet some six months ago, my breakfast options have narrowed down  to just a few bland recipes. However, that all has changed, since reading The Paleo Breakfast Cookbook! This book does an excellent and thorough job of explaining the logic behind the Paleo diet and why our body is not programmed to process certain foods, which are typically staples in our daily eating habits. In addition to the helpful knowledge and tips, the cookbook boasts 70 mouthwatering recipes that are easy to make and even easier to consume! The eggs Benedict recipe has become a part of my Saturday morning routine! Bon Apetit!

    This cookbook is a well-rounded coverage of Paleo breakfasts. It explains the Paleo lifestyle and includes tons of tips to go from unhealthy eating habits to a healthier, gluten-free lifestyle. There are fast and easy ones that make it easy to enjoy breakfast even with a busy lifestyle. There’s a whole chapter just for kids so you can include even the pickiest eater! The slow-cooker recipes will still give you that comforting, homemade breakfast feeling without weighing you down for the rest of the day. This is a perfect cookbook for those trying to transition to better eating habits without getting stuck on the same foods over and over again.

    I simply adored the Paleo Breakfast Cookbook.  I love the concep

    I simply adored the Paleo Breakfast Cookbook.  I love the concept of breakfasts that I can make for my family and friends that are healthy and delicious.  The cookbook uses recipes that have no sugar and all natural ingredients.  This ensures that I will send my son off to school with an active mind and not a heavy stomach.  
    In my house breakfast always brings at least two people to the table and the Paleo Blueberry Muffins or the Waffles and Strawberry Compote are sure to be a hit with everyone's bellies.  Even you did not want to lose weight or necessarily adhere to the Paleo Diet this cookbook has plenty great recipes for everyone.

     thoroughly enjoyed reading "The Paleo Breakfast Cookbook." Originally, I thought there couldn't be much creativity in the Paleo diet, and this book definitely tossed my doubts out the window (along with the excessive amounts of gluten I was consuming before). I tried out the recipe for the Paleo hazelnut waffles...all I can say is WOW. This cookbook is a must read for anyone seeking healthy alternatives without sacrificing flavor and taste.
