    The Paleo Weight Loss Book is an exceptional purchase for anyone who wishes to begin his or her new years resolution to actively lose weight in a healthy and nutritious way. The book impresses upon you the importance of knowing what to eat and what you're eating in today's "progressed" world of processed foods, cultivated grains, refined sugars and rising chronic diseases.  It demonstrates how important it is to construct a healthy and nutritious dieting structure and implement it with an exercise plan solely emphasizing on losing "fat not muscle" with high fiber foods, high nutrient density foods, vitamins, minerals and protein.  This Paleo series provides resourceful information about the Medical Sciences, Health Benefits, Constructive dieting, tips for motivation and success, meal plans with a whole new perspective using The Paleo Diet.  It will inspire you!  Just let it!

    This dieting cookbook is fairly straightforward and simple. It does a fairly good job explaining who, what, when, where, how and why the Paleo diet is the right choice. I haven’t been sold on this diet – it looks pretty challenging, and it seems like there are a lot more don’ts than do’s. However, the book provides a lot of context to help me understand things like how strength training with this diet helps and why it’s important to avoid certain foods. I didn’t love all the recipes, but I did like the information that supplements the recipes.

    Good motivational tips in this book, the Paleo way of eating is a natural way for us humans to eat. Meat, no processed meats, is an important element of this diet. Lose the canned and processed foods and eat what we were eating hundreds of years ago. Fresh vegetable, meat, and fruits. There is an interesting section on oils and using coconut or almond flours in the preparation of the recipes.

    Hooray and two thumbs up for the paleo/caveman diet. This books gives you everything you need to lead a healthy lifestyle. With recipes and a daily scheduled plan for meals this book is great. It's a high protein diet with no empty calories consumed. I noticed a reduced water weight level and a lowering in blood sugar spikes. My favorite dishes in the book were the Paleo Banana Pankcakes, Japanese cucumber salad and Paleo Pad Thai.

    A quick primer in the basics of the Paleo diet, this book quickly summarizes what you need to know in terms of a rationale, do's and don'ts, strategies for success, and a good variety of recipes that mimic standard mealtime fare. The tone is upbeat and encouraging while delivering the bad news that our current lifestyle and diet have gotten us into trouble and we must change our eating patterns to mirror those of the hunter-gatherers in order to reverse the ill effects of processed food and a sedentary lifestyle.

    I found this to be a very unique book about a diet based on getting back to the basic nutritional demands of the human body.  This is a comprehensive guide to eating in a way that can prevent many health problems without ever going hungry or being bored with bland foods.

    The Paleo Weight Loss Plan by Telamon Press does a great job of explaining the Paleolithic diet, the restrictions, tips for success, and a bunch of recipes that I am excited to try. Other features include stocking the kitchen, Q&A for those considering the diet, and a 10 day meal plan. Although the book does focus on weight loss, it also goes into the overall health benefits of Paleo.

    I recently made a choice to eat healthier and had been looking for a diet plan I can follow. After reading this book I found that 85% of the foods listed I already eat. So eliminating a few foods from my current diet and combining a few new foods this book has just provided me with the perfect plan.

    I'm glad I bought The Paleo Weight Loss Plan because it does have some neat recipes. The one for tomato frittatas using duck fat sounds tasty! The diet itself is not for me because it's too involved. It's good for people who have plenty of time and money. Otherwise, it's a good source of original and differently put together recipes with which to experiment.

    The Paleo Weight Loss Plan is an easy to read, plenty of recipes and very informative of foods not to eat and ones we need to start
    eating.  The plan consists of eating an abundance of protein and fiber, cutting out the chemically processed, starchy and sugary
     foods that we so easily turn too.  Using spices and healthy oils is highly encouraged as well as foods you may have never tried.  
    This plan will take will power as it implements eating raw foods that are free of preservatives, chemicals and cutting out the starches
    and sugary foods we so easily turn too.

    This book gives a short education on the history of the diet humans had during the Paleolithic era. It offers a generous amount of recipes that are relevant to present times and makes the dieting approach a realistic way to reform health and lose weight. I am a foodie and I found that there were many recipes worthy of a dance in my kitchen.

    This is the third Paleo book that I've read and I love that the information was concise and to the point, which was nice, because I hate reading books that make me feel like I'm reading an encyclopedia or textbook. I've been slowly switching to the Paleo lifestyle, and with the better diet and heavy lifting, I am seeing a change in my body. My weight hasn't changed on the scale, but my clothes are fitting more loosely. I'm noticing more energy, as well. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend to others.

    I would buy this book for the food alone, let alone that it's healthy! The Paleo Weight Loss Plan could be the best cookbook I have encountered to date. Eggs baked in Avocado, German Apple Tarts and Seafood Bisque are just some of the delicious recipes featured in this cookbook. Many who savor these treats would not even know they are eating healthy!

    You can shop around for the right ‘diet!’ But who knows which one is the ‘right one?’ With the ‘PALEO Weight Loss Plan’ you gain access to a ’10-day meal plan’ and a book which is full of healthy recipes of which one recipe will be integrated into the meal plan each day. The recipes look inviting and make sense for a balanced diet. It seems like the 'right' diet to start with.
