    I like it.

I love this book! I'm getting two parakeets when I'm older and this book helped me a lot. Now, I'll know how to care for them.

    5 Star Parakeet book!

This book is 5 stars! If you have not owned a parakeet before, this book tells all! It gets down to the important facts and fills you in on the updated parakeet info. Parakeet DO make great pets, and even though they are said to be a great "starter" pet, this is not so. For ANY bird can be a great "starter" pet if the owner takes the time to read and get facts about that bird! *Truely* a wonderful book!

    OK Guide to Parakeets

I am the owner of two parakeets and I consulted this book before their purchase. I found that most of the book is not neseccary for the owner and that some of it is inaccurate, although I found it helpful. If you are going to own a parakeet, this book will probabbly have some useful information but you need not read the whole book.
